The Lady Jane had purchased several large pieces of Live Edge Black Walnut in order to make both a Desk and a Bench Seat for her husband’s, a Doctor, home office. The proposed “Seat”, is a beautifully finished 3” Black Walnut Slab, weighing 30lbs, was to be used. Because of the weight and proposed use, a collaborative design was established and fabricated. The base is made of 2 -15”h and 17” l “Z style ” 1” x 3” gusseted steel legs which have been painted to Clint’s specifications.
